An aged agricole rum from Depaz, made from fresh sugar cane juice on Martinique. It is aged in French oak barrels and reflects the volcanic terroir of Saint-Pierre. The nose offers vanilla, toasted wood, dried fruit, spice and a light Mediterranean herb note. The palate is soft yet intense, balancing sugar cane sweetness with cocoa, tobacco and confetti, and the finish is long, persistent and warm. Best enjoyed neat or over ice, and it can accompany fine cigars or dark chocolate desserts.
