A late-harvest Riesling from Selbach Olster, made from grapes grown on slate-rich rocky slopes in the Sonnenuhr vineyard.
It shows a golden yellow colour, with aromas of ripe apples and apricots, cane sugar and honey. The palate is complex and rich, with pleasant density and vibrant acidity.
It is enjoyable from the outset and pairs well with Asian cuisine and blue cheeses.
