A dry white wine from I Sabbioni, made from Albana. The nose offers delicate white flowers, white-fleshed fruit and hints of aromatic herbs, with a subtle minerality. On the palate it balances lively acidity with a contained body, with fruity returns and a savoury finish. It is a measured, everyday wine with character.
Serve fresh, around 10-12 C. It pairs with seafood starters, grilled fish, light vegetable first courses and fresh cheeses.
