A red wine from I Sabbioni, made from Sangiovese and certified organic. It has a clear ruby colour and a nose centred on red fruits such as cherry, raspberry and pomegranate, with light herbaceous notes and delicate spice.
The palate is fresh, with lively acidity and restrained tannins, giving a savoury return and good drinkability. It is versatile enough for everyday drinking and home cooking.
Serve at around 16-18 °C in light tulip glasses. It pairs with tomato-based first courses, cured meats, grilled white meats and medium-aged cheeses.
