Rosa di Primitivo Puglia IGP - Idea - Varvaglione

A rosé wine from Varvaglione, made from Primitivo grapes grown in Puglia. It has a bright pink colour with coral reflections. The nose is rich and intensely aromatic, with fresh red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, floral notes, a light herbaceous touch and slightly spicy hints. On the palate freshness leads, with balanced acidity, medium structure and red fruit flavours that linger into a clean finish with a mineral aftertaste. It works as an aperitif and pairs with light starters, fish dishes, white meats and exotic cuisine.
