Susumaniello Salento Rosato IGP - Collezione Terra - Varvaglione

A rosé wine from Puglia made exclusively from Susumaniello, an indigenous grape of the region. It shows a light pink colour. The nose offers fresh red fruit such as strawberries and cherries, light floral notes reminiscent of dog rose and citrus nuances. On the palate it is balanced, with pleasant acidity alongside soft fruity notes, and a clean, fresh, persistent finish. It is suited to light dishes such as summer salads, seafood starters or sushi, and to aperitifs with friends.
