Rosé IGT Impressioni di Settembre - Leone Conti

A pale, bright rosé with a fragrant nose of small flowers and light red berry fruit, with light citrus notes adding freshness. The palate is slender and flowing, with pleasant acidity supporting a savoury, persistent finish. It is balanced and suited to immediate drinking, with a fresh but not excessive structure. It pairs easily with light dishes such as summer salads, lightly flavoured fish, crudités, delicate cured meats, simple first courses and finger food. Serve chilled in not too wide glasses.
