This is a Rosebank bottled by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society as a single cask, numbered 25.31 and named Strawberry Sherbert. It was distilled in March 1992 and bottled in May 2003 at 11 years old, in a 70cl bottle.
It comes from the Lowland distillery before production there stopped, and counts among the early Rosebanks. Rosebank is triple distilled, which gives its meadow flower bouquet, gentle fruit and fresh citrus, while its worm tubs lend a thick texture to the palate.
