Rosebank – 21 Year Old 1992 Old & Rare

This is a 21 year old Rosebank, a Lowland single malt from a distillery that has since closed. It was bottled by Hunter Laing & Co. for the Old & Rare series. The whisky was distilled in 1992 and matured in a single refill hogshead until it was bottled in November 2013, with 122 bottles filled. Rosebank is triple distilled, and the refill wood leaves the spirit's light, floral style in place. Delicate citrus, grassy and honeyed notes carry through, with some added depth from the long maturation.
