Rosebank – 32 Year Old Legacy Release Three (70cl, 47.6%)

Rosebank 32 Year Old is the third and final release in the first global series of Rosebank Legacy Releases, a Lowland single malt bottled at 47.6% in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in the last three years before the distillery closed in 1993, and it marks the revival of Rosebank at its original site in Falkirk, where restoration began in 2019. Each bottle comes with a commemorative letter celebrating the opening of the new distillery to the public in 2024, and an NFC tag on the back label allows the owner to authenticate it. The nose is pineapple and candied ginger with lemon and marzipan, and the palate is velvety with malt, thyme and caramel. The finish is long, with lemon, honey and toasted walnut.
