Roseisle – 12 Year Old Special Release 2023 First Release (56.5%)

Roseisle 12 Year Old is the first bottling ever released from Roseisle, the Diageo distillery in Speyside. It forms part of the 2023 Special Releases and is bottled at a cask strength of 56.5%. The whisky was matured in ex-bourbon casks and shows ripe green apples, vanilla, white chocolate and warm spices. The nose is nutty and spicy, with fudge, freshly roasted coffee and dried fruit. On the palate come dried apricots, peach and fig, followed by a strong, spicy finish.
