Roseisle – 12 Year Old Special Release 2023 (70cl)

Roseisle 12 Year Old is a single malt from the Roseisle distillery, released as part of the 2023 Special Releases. That year's 'Spirited Xchange 2023' collection celebrates cultural collaboration, with single malts inspired by countries around the world, and is the first collection curated by Master Blender Stuart Morrison. Roseisle has seven pairs of stills. The distillery can make a light, grassy spirit through a fermentation of more than 90 hours, slow distillation and copper condensers. It also runs a biomass plant to generate much of its energy.
