Roseisle The Origami Kite is a 12-year-old single malt from the Speyside distillery, and the first Roseisle single malt released under its own name. It belongs to the Spirited Xchange collection within the Diageo Special Releases of 2023, and its name and dragon design refer to the art of paper folding. The whisky matured in first-fill ex-bourbon casks and in refill casks, and the bourbon wood gives it a pronounced vanilla character. It was bottled at a cask strength of 56.5%, non-chill-filtered and without added colour. The nose is soft, with light vanilla sweetness, a little molasses, grain and hazelnuts. The palate is creamy, with vanilla cream, warm spice, toffee, caramel, pineapple and apricot. The finish is long, sweet and gently spiced, with white pepper.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
