A Cornish single malt from Rosemullion, here in a 25cl bottle.
The nose is youthful, with fresh warm pastries, creamy oak and malt, and it is fairly heady. Malt returns on the palate alongside bright honey, a touch of tobacco and some oak.
The finish carries a faint hint of the peated barley used in the whisky, though it takes some searching to find.
