A red Rosso di Montalcino DOC from Pinino, made exclusively from Sangiovese grapes. After controlled fermentation it ages for a limited period in oak barrels, preserving freshness and vivacity without compromising structure. It is intense ruby red, with aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherry and blackberry, delicate spice hints and a light herbaceous note typical of Sangiovese. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with soft tannins and pleasant savouriness. It pairs with white meats, savoury first courses and not too aged cheeses.
