Rosso Piceno DOC - Rubideo - Libenzi

Libenzi Rubideo Rosso Piceno DOC is a red wine from the Marche hills, made from Montepulciano and Sangiovese grown on clay soils. It has a deep ruby colour with violet reflections. The nose shows ripe red fruit such as cherry and blackberry, with light spice and a woody note from oak barrique ageing. On the palate it is generous, with balanced tannins and natural acidity, and flavours of fruit, vanilla and tobacco. It suits roast meats, game and aged cheeses, or sipping by the fire.
