A red wine from Dettori in Sardinia, shaped by volcanic terrain and based mainly on Cannonau. Ageing values wood without overpowering the fruity and spicy profile.
It has a deep ruby colour with aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherry and blackberry, sweet spices and a mineral note recalling the Sardinian terroir. The palate is enveloping, with soft tannins and pleasant freshness.
It finishes persistent and complex, and suits roast meats, aged cheeses and Mediterranean cuisine.
