Mandrarossa Cabernet Sauvignon Sicilia DOC 2023 (75cl, 13.5%)

Mandrarossa Cabernet Sauvignon Sicilia DOC 2023 is a red wine from Cantine Settesoli, whose Mandrarossa wines are noted for recognising the potential of Sicilian terroir for international grape varieties. Some vineyards have a high proportion of yellow clay, which gives the Cabernet Sauvignon concentrated density and aromatic elegance. The wine shows aromas of dark berries, mineral notes and a hint of cocoa. On the palate there are nuances of black cherries, plums and vanilla, with silky tannins and a warm, almost chocolatey finish. Bottled at 13.5% vol in a 750 ml bottle.
