Royal Brackla 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky, finished in Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at 46% without chill-filtering. The distillery is one of Scotland's oldest and received a Royal Warrant in 1833.
The nose offers ripe peaches, black cherries and a hint of summer florals. On the palate come chocolate-covered almonds, toasted nuts and dark muscovado sugar, with rich Oloroso spice and orchard fruit in a full-bodied texture. The finish is smooth, with lingering sweetness and a little oak warmth.
