A 2025 single malt distilled at the Suzaki Distillery in Okinawa, made in the traditional Scottish style. The subtropical climate speeds up maturation, with an angel's share of more than 10% a year. This release was matured in ex-bourbon casks.
The nose is bright and tropical, with orange peel, vanilla bean, honeycomb and a little pineapple, then coconut and baking spice with time. The palate is smooth and creamy, with custard, white chocolate and caramelised banana, balanced by cinnamon and clove. The finish is short to medium, with vanilla, charred oak, nutmeg and toasted coconut.
