Sackman – N.E.W. (No Es Whisky) (50cl, 46%)

Sackman N.E.W. is a Spanish malt made from 50% Golden Promise and 50% Pale Peated barley. It was distilled and matured for 18 months at the Sackman distillery in Valdemoro, and is bottled at 46% in a 50cl bottle. Fermentation runs for more than 120 hours. The whisky is non-chill-filtered and has no colouring added. The character is fruity, with hints of bakery and sweet spices. Elegant smoke carries the finish a long way.
