Sackman Singular is a Spanish spirit distilled from Imperial Stout and matured for 7 years in Pedro Ximénez casks. It is bottled at 54.5% in a 50cl bottle.
The wash is made from 100% Pilsen malt and distilled by hand in a copper still. It is non-chill-filtered, with no colour added, and comes as a numbered edition of 260 bottles.
Fig, cocoa and coffee mark the nose. The palate is silky and powerful, followed by a long finish.
