Sagamore Spirit – Rye Cask Strength

Sagamore Spirit Cask Strength is a Maryland rye whiskey, aged fully and reduced only with a splash of spring water, with no other dilution or alteration. It is described as deep in colour, a dark golden hay shade that sits close to soft gold. The nose offers bold cinnamon with lingering clove and vanilla. On the palate there is smooth dark chocolate with intense black pepper and brown sugar, and a light touch of honey for balance.
