A straight rye whiskey from Sagamore Spirit, made in Maryland and bottled at 46.5% in a 750ml bottle. It blends two straight rye mash bills, aged between 4 and 6 years in high-char American oak barrels, then proofed with limestone-filtered water from a spring house built in 1909.
The flavours are described as classic baking spices alongside fruit, moving into caramel, honey and brown sugar. The finish carries warm spice and honey, with mild oak and faded fruit.
