Founders Cask is a new series from Sall Whisky, in which each of the founders selects a cask for bottling every year. This first release was chosen by Kåre Gyldenløve and comes from cask no. 24, a five-year-old Mezcal cask.
It is organic and bottled at 55.1% in a 50cl bottle. Only 294 bottles were filled, each signed by hand by Kåre.
The spirit is made from Evergreen spring barley harvested in 2019.
