This is MULD 1.1, a 3 year old organic Danish single malt from Sall Whisky, bottled at 52.5% in a 70cl bottle. It is the first release in a new series.
MULD is a single farm whisky, made from spring barley sown and harvested in Jutland, and each bottling can be traced back to the individual field. It matured for three years in ex-bourbon casks.
Batch 1.1 yielded 545 bottles.
