Sangiovese Rubicone IGT - Terre Forti

A red wine from Terre Forti, made from Sangiovese in the Rubicone IGT style. It shows a ruby colour, with fresh red fruit aromas such as cherry and raspberry and a light spice note. On the palate it has good freshness, contained tannins, medium body and an easy, flowing drinkability. It suits everyday meals, simple pasta sauces, cured meats, fresh cheeses, grilled vegetables and white meats. Serve at a moderate temperature around 16-18 C; a brief aeration can help the aromas open.
