Sangue Amaro J. Rose is an amaro alle erbe with a clear, composed character. It opens with an herbal and balsamic aroma, bitter peel sensations and a lightly spicy background. On the palate it balances bitterness and sweetness, with savouriness supporting the sip and a soft texture. The finish is clean and bitter, with a slight warm note. It is best served chilled or over a large ice cube, and pairs with dark chocolate, dry pastries and aged cheeses.
