Scapegrace RISE I is a limited edition single malt from Central Otago in New Zealand, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The distillery stands by Lake Dunstan, on the 45th parallel, halfway between the equator and the South Pole. The whisky matured in virgin French oak casks. Its tasting notes include cinnamon, hints of rich, creamy vanilla and buttered toast.
