A 12 year old blended Scotch whisky from Scottish Leader, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is smooth, with a distinct honey flavour.
The nose is sweet sherry with vanilla marshmallow and fruit, and a faint hint of wood, nutmeg and cream. The palate brings fruit, sticky toffee pudding and brandy-soaked apricots. The finish is long and lingering, with spicy and sweet notes in balance. Water brings out more sweet toffee and butterscotch on the nose and makes the palate rounder.
