A single cask 15-year-old Speyside single malt from North Star Spirits, released as part of their Series 26. It is understood to be from Benrinnes, and was distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2025.
It was matured in a single Oloroso sherry hogshead and bottled at its natural cask strength of 50.3%, without colouring or chill filtration. The edition came to 357 bottles, in 70cl.
The nose is described as funky farmyard with Play-Doh, the palate as date syrup and sour cherry soup, and the finish as crazy juice.
