Seven Seals Malted Barley Spirit Port Wood Finish Peated (70cl, 46%)

A peated Swiss malted barley spirit, aged for three years and finished in port wood. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The base spirit is made from malted barley and distilled three times. After the three years of maturation, Seven Seals gives it a wood finish using its patented Stockhausen method, which increases contact between the spirit and treated wood. It is chill-filtered and has no added colouring. The nose offers dried fruit and raisins. On the palate, marked peat smoke meets full dried fruit, raisins, honey and oriental spices. The finish is long, peaty and spicy.
