Shining Cliff Riverside Gin (50cl, 45%)

This is a small-batch gin made by White Peak Distillery in England, in collaboration with the Derbyshire Wildlife Trust. It is bottled at 45% in a 50cl bottle. The botanicals are seasonal and hand foraged from the riverbanks and nature reserves around the distillery in the Derwent Valley: water mint, wild-harvested Himalayan balsam seeds, meadowsweet, wood sorrel and red clover. Each limited-edition release raises funds for local river conservation appeals. Fresh water mint leads, balanced by the creamy notes of the Himalayan balsam seeds.
