A limited edition Japanese blended whisky from Shinobu, made in Niigata Prefecture and bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It pays tribute to the military leaders of Japan's feudal past.
The blend was aged for three years in bourbon and Mizunara casks. The bourbon casks bring vanilla sweetness, while the Mizunara adds sandalwood and exotic spice.
On the palate it shows rich caramel, delicate floral notes and a subtle hint of smoke, leading to a smooth finish.
