The Bees Knees series finishes its bourbon with honey sourced from the state where each release is sold, so every edition takes on its own regional character.
The nose offers honeycomb, vanilla cream, toasted marshmallow, lemon and floral notes. The palate has barrel-aged honey, brown sugar, apple streusel pie and allspice, and the finish brings butterscotch, clover honey, cinnamon, rye spice, black pepper and sweet oak.
