Signal Hill Canadian Whisky (70cl)

Signal Hill is a Canadian whisky in a 70cl bottle, blended with water from Newfoundland. The blend is 95% corn whisky and 5% malted barley whisky, matured in ex-bourbon barrels, new white oak and Canadian whisky barrels. The corn whisky is twice distilled in a two-column still, and the barley whisky in a pot still. The whisky is non-chill-filtered, which keeps its layers of flavour and gives a fuller mouthfeel and a smoother finish.
