Founders Select Overproof is a Canadian whisky from Signal Hill, bottled at 56.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is a limited edition, made in limited batches.
It is made from corn and barley and aged in three types of cask: Canadian whisky barrels, new white oak and bourbon barrels. The blending gives a warmer amber colour and deeper layers of flavour than the standard Signal Hill style.
