Sild Heritage Pure is a German single malt from the Sylt Distillerie, based on the island of Sylt in northern Germany. It is bottled at 42% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and without added colour.
The nose brings a fresh sea breeze with subtle malt and a light herbal spice. The palate is velvety and soft, with vanilla, honey and a hint of oak. The finish is medium in length, warm and spicy, with a fine salty note.
