A gin distilled and bottled in Surrey, England, using 24 botanicals including cardamom, lavender and chamomile.
Distillation takes place in custom-made stills using water from the natural Silent Pool spring, with careful temperature control. The bottle is decorated with intricate designs reflecting the botanicals used.
On the palate it shows citrus and floral notes, a touch of honey and a slightly spicy finish, with a smooth, balanced character.
