Smögen 8 Year Old is a Swedish single malt created by Pär Caldensby, a lawyer, author and whisky enthusiast. Its eight years of maturation involved an ex-bourbon cask and a sherry hogshead.
Bottled at 59.8% in a 50cl bottle, it has no added colouring and is non-chill-filtered. Its aromatic character is described as strongly smoky.
