Smokehead Twisted Stout is an Islay single malt in a 70cl bottle at 43%, bottled by its owners, Ian Macleod Distillers. It was first introduced in 2021 as one of the cask-finished additions to the Smokehead range.
It contains a proportion of whisky finished in stout casks, which adds notes of vanilla, nuts and dark chocolate. It suits drinkers who enjoy both smoky whisky and dark beers.
