Smokehead Rebel Rum Cask is an Islay single malt from Ian Macleod Distillers, first introduced in 2020. The distillery behind the whisky is not named. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The whisky is finished in rum casks, as the name suggests. The tasting notes for this bottling include some unusual flavours, among them bacon and marshmallow.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
