Bourbon Whiskey
This is Batch 1 of the 2022 Founder's Cask Strength Series from Smooth Ambler, a bourbon bottled at cask strength. The recipe includes a modest amount of rye, chosen to work well with the distillery's casks in the Appalachian climate. The result is a rye-backed bourbon, which Smooth Ambler describes as a convergence of flavours that sit together easily.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
