Smooth Ambler – Contradiction Bourbon

Contradiction is a blended bourbon from Smooth Ambler. It combines whiskey the distillery makes in West Virginia, a smooth and sweet wheated bourbon, with bourbon it sources elsewhere. The idea came after the distillery began bottling the whiskey it calls Old Scout. It is non-chill filtered and full-bodied. Dried fruit and butter rum run through the flavour, and the end result is said to taste like a four-grain bourbon.
