Spey 15 is a 15 year old single malt from Speyside Distillery in Speyside. It is built around honeyed notes and floral aromas. The nose shows pear and lavender moving towards crème brûlée and wood smoke. On the palate almond and hazelnut come through with blackberry jam and creamy vanilla. The finish is warm and lasting, with an oily texture.
