Spey Trilogia is a single malt from Speyside Distillery, matured twice: first in ex-bourbon casks, then in first-fill tawny port casks. This double maturation is what gives the whisky its complexity. Deep, fruity aromas run through the nose and palate, alongside subtle smoke and earthy peat. The finish is long, with smoky accents, fine sweetness and a velvety touch of peat.
