Spey Trutina is an official single malt bottling from the Speyside Distillery, matured in bourbon casks. It is a limited release of 18,000 bottles, non-chill-filtered, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Trutina means balance.
The nose is fresh, with apple, barley, grapes and chalk. The palate balances fresh and fruity tones, with apple, vanilla, flowers, sweets and oak. The finish is light and sweet, with a hint of pepper.
