This is a 12 year old Speyside single malt Scotch bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company, in a 70cl bottle at 48%.
It is a single-batch release, non-chill filtered and of natural colour.
The nose offers honeycomb, baked apples and vanilla custard, with toasted almond and fresh barley. On the palate it opens with sweet malt, soft caramel and poached pear, then moves to oak spice, toffee and a touch of citrus zest. The finish is long, with honeyed malt, vanilla and a little spice.
