This is a single cask Dalmunach, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail for its Spirit of Scotland collection. It was distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2025, after nine years in a refill Bourbon barrel.
It comes at a cask strength of 63% and is non-chill filtered. The release is limited to 232 bottles.
The nose is ripe banana with nectarine and vanilla custard. On the palate it is creamy and sweet, with rich exotic fruit and a hint of pepper, followed by a vibrant finish with aniseed.
