Spirit Works Four Grain Bourbon is a straight bourbon from Spirit Works Distillery in Sebastopol, California, sold in a 75cl bottle. It is made grain to glass: founders Timo and Ashby Marshall mill, mash, ferment, distil, age and bottle on the premises. What sets it apart is the mash bill. Rather than the usual corn and rye, it uses four grains, which is how the distillery aims for a more complex and balanced bourbon.
